Questions & answers

Everythingworth knowing about the trips

Can I travel to Uman?
Yes. I build trips to Uman according to your dates, including Rosh Hashanah and the Tikkun HaKlali. Flights, transfers, accommodation and kosher are coordinated personally with the travelers, and we go over every detail before booking.
Do I need a visa for Morocco?
Yes, Israeli citizens need an entry permit in advance (a visa, including an electronic visa option). The process and requirements are updated from time to time, so I check them with you before booking. Also check your passport validity in advance; it’s recommended that it be valid for at least six months.
Do I need a visa for Hungary?
A visa is not required for short visits to Hungary. The European electronic authorization system ETIAS has not yet been launched and, according to reports, is expected to be postponed to 2027. Check again for any change before every trip.
How long does a tzaddikim pilgrimage last?
It depends on the destination and route. A visit to a single resting place can be done in a few days, and a wide route combining several cities takes longer. In any case, leave time for transfers and rest, with time left to stay at the site.
What is included in the price?
Every offer details exactly what is included: flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, escort and entrances. What is not included is stated explicitly, so offers can be compared.
How do you arrange kosher and Shabbat on a trip?
State in the request the kosher level you require, which meals are needed and whether you are staying over Shabbat. I check with the venue and present the details in the offer, including a synagogue, walking distance and Shabbat accommodations.
Can I travel individually, or is it only for groups?
Both. You can travel alone or as a couple, or go with a group. An offer is built according to the number of travelers.
Are there special trips for women?
Yes. You can request a trip for a women’s group at a comfortable pace, with time for prayer, a room split and accommodations for modesty and Shabbat. More details on the page Groups & women.
When should I book?
As early as possible, especially for hilloula dates, holidays and vacations. Flight prices and hotel availability change, so it’s worth reaching out early and checking options.
What about travel insurance?
I recommend insuring every trip. I check options with you through the insurance companies I work with. Coverage, terms and price are provided before purchase, and make sure the policy covers the destination and type of trip.
What happens if I need to change or cancel?
Change and cancellation terms depend on the suppliers (the airline and the hotel) and are given to you before booking. No surprises after payment.
