With 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, I bring knowledge, experience and a great love for people and the road. I specialize in kosher vacations and personally tailored vacation packages, understanding that every family and every traveler has needs, dreams and the little things that make a vacation successful.
To me, service begins with the first conversation and continues until you return home. It matters to me that you know who stands behind your booking, who you can turn to, and who will act for you when a solution is needed.
We proved the meaning of this guidance even in the most complicated moments. During the war with Iran, when plans went wrong and the way home became a challenge, we accompanied our customers on their way back to their families. Many of our customers are Americans who were in Israel, and we arranged their exit through Jordan and Egypt and their onward journey home. At the same time, we also took care of Israeli customers who were abroad and helped them get back to their homes.
Behind every booking there is a person, a family, and someone waiting at home. That is the responsibility I feel toward every customer: on the vacation you planned months ahead, and also when reality changes the plans.
