A comparison table you can work from
| What to compare | What to ask to check |
|---|---|
| Route and airports | Origin, destination, stops and number of legs |
| Hours and total time | Arrival time, layovers and transfer to the hotel |
| Baggage per traveler | Type, dimensions, weight and quantity on each leg |
| Price and terms | Total amount, currency, extras, changes and cancellation |
Define the trip before searching for a price
State origin, destination, dates, number of travelers and children’s ages. The more precise the details, the fairer the comparison.
Compare the whole day, not just the departure time
Check how long layovers last, how many legs there are, and whether the entire route is on one booking. Arrival and return times affect lodging and how many nights you actually use.
Baggage: the word “included” needs details
Ask for baggage details per traveler and per leg: dimensions, weight and quantity. What is included on one leg is not necessarily included on another.
Final price, changes and cancellations
Compare the final amount in the same currency and with the same extras, and find out the change and cancellation terms of every ticket.
What should you send to get a useful offer?
Destination, dates, number of travelers and ages, and preferences such as a direct flight. Don’t send passport numbers or credit card details in a form or in the first message. If more details are needed, we’ll arrange handing them over through the right channel.
